2. Open the email and print the attached voucher.
3. bring the voucher with you and present it at  the following "exchange points" to get the purchased products

The Frankfurt Card is only valid with the date entered by the sales staff and the name(s) entered by the customer.

The Frankfurt Card for one day is valid until the end of operating hours on the day of date entry, while the two-day version is valid on the day of date entry and until the end of operating hours on the following day. The operating hours end at 5 a.m. It is not valid for 24 hours or 48 hours.
Example: The 1-day card is valid for 01.01 and 02.01 until 5 am. The 2-day card is valid on 01.01. and 02.01. and on 03.01. until 5 am.

Refunds must be authorised by the local supplier.
