The Tel Aviv City Cards give you discounted entry to more than 80 of Tel Aviv best tourist attractions. Tel Aviv City Card also comes with a “RAV-KAV” public transportation card that is charged for traveling by train or bus from Ben Gurion Airport to central Tel Aviv, as well as the number of trips you choose in the area you choose, with no limit of days of use, as well as a SIM card of the mobile phone loaded with a communication package for your use for 14 days from the day of use or until the loaded package ends.

How it works

  2. Wait for the email with the voucher attached
  3. Open the email and print the voucher

Validity

The CITY CARD will be valid for 30 days, from the date of receiving the card The RAV-KAV card for public transportation is valid for 4 years and allows reloading.
A SIM card is valid for 14 days from the day of its first activation or until the end of the communication  package charged to it.

Cancellations and refunds

All CITY CARDS are valid for one year from the date of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you only need to send a notification of your change of arrival.
We will issue a 100% refund of the price paid for your CITY CARD package within 30 days of purchase.
We will issue a refund of 70% of the price paid for your CITY CARD package after the period of 30-60 days from the date of purchase.
If the cancellation request is submitted 61 days or more from the date of purchase, we will not issue a refund for the purchase.
Only the administration fee of €9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per return file
The condition for refund is that the cards have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.

The "Rav-Kav" public transportation card allows unlimited travel, but with the number of trips allowed by the chosen package, in Tel Aviv Zone 1:
