Dallas CityPASS® is automatically activated on first use

You can start using CityPASS® at any attraction and visit them in any order. Present CityPASS® at each attraction.

Dallas CityPASS® is valid for nine consecutive days from the first day of use. Visit the attractions in the order you prefer.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
