1. You will receive your voucher immediately by email
2. Open the email and print the voucher
3. Take it with you and present it at the "Exchange Points" listed here to get the products you purchased:

The Barcelona Card is automatically activated the first time it is used. You just have to remember, before using it, to write the date on the front when you start using it.

Simply show it to obtain free and, where applicable, priority admission or to obtain the discounts and benefits reserved for you. See the guide enclosed with your Card for full details on how to use it.

Once activated it will be valid for the number of consecutive hours you have purchased. For example: if you purchased a 72-hour card, and you use it for the first time on a Wednesday at 12 noon, the card will expire at 11.59 a.m. on Saturday.

Refunds must be authorised by the local supplier.
