Buying online is simple, fast and secure: just select the country and city you are interested in and add the product you want to your shopping cart. To help you in your choice you will find in-depth files to download, such as maps, schedules and guides, but that's not all: for each product you will also be notified of related or promoted items, to make your vacation even more complete and convenient. At this point, simply access the shopping cart to complete your order, choosing payment and shipping methods.
All prices displayed include taxes and import charges. Shipping/delivery charges are calculated based on the amount of the order itself.
When placing your order you will be asked for your departure date (approximate) to facilitate shipment processing. For some excursions you will be asked for the date on which you would like to participate in the excursion, in which case you will need to adhere to that date.
The London Travelcard, on the other hand, is issued with the dates of use stamped on the card itself: for this reason, and only for this card, the date you indicate, as the "activation date" in your order will be absolutely binding.
Other purchasing channels
You can also decide to pick up your order at our Milan offices (headquarters), indicating this option in the choice of shipping mode when filling out your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified by e-mail for pickup.
You can also contact a travel agency of your choice and request passes or tourist cards: we are able to fulfill requests from travel agencies throughout Italy within a few days.
Methods of payment
Credit card payments are handled securely through CartaSi/XPay's IT systems.CartaSi SSB is now a leader in the implementation and management of IT services for Banks, the development of security systems for online transactions and Card processing. Shareholders of SSB are the major Italian banks, while its clientele includes all major Italian banks, international banks operating in Italy, service companies and Public Entities.
PayPal is the world's most widely used system for online transactions and allows you to link your credit card to a secure and easy-to-use circuit. We have chosen it to give our customers the most advanced and secure system: all the data you are asked to provide you with is to ensure maximum security.
For payment by bank transfer, the normal banking circuit is used.
Credits are handled by our bank. The details will be given at the end of the purchase procedure. From the day you make the payment, it generally takes at least 1/2 working days before the bank notifies us of the payment, from which time we can proceed with the shipment.
Shipping methods and delivery times
You will receive, by express courier, directly to the address you have indicated as "shipping address", everything you have ordered in original. Tickets, Cards or Passes will be the final ones, to be used on the spot without further formalities!
The shipment is forwarded via leading national express couriers.
Shipments are scheduled according to the departure date indicated in your order.
We strive to fulfil all requests we receive, which is why we have to stagger shipments according to your departure date:
if your departure is close, the order will be dispatched immediately, if your departure is far away, the order will be dispatched after the most urgent, but always well in advance of your departure.
An email will notify you in advance of shipment.
Delivery by express courier is usually very reliable: 1/2 working days throughout Italy, 2 working days to the islands, Calabria and Puglia. Couriers deliver during office hours, Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m..
There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
When registering the order, it is possible to indicate a different delivery address.
Shipping costs include handling fees, VAT, packaging, shipping and related taxes and duties.
Direct deliveries to Milan
Within the municipality of Milan (the post code must belong to the municipality of Milan) we deliver with our own delivery drivers. Choose this delivery option only if the delivery you are requesting is within the municipality of Milan. The relevant costs will appear at the time of purchase.
Collection directly from our Milan office
If you find it more convenient for you to pick up your order directly, please choose this option. When your order is ready, an email will notify you that you can pick it up when you wish.
