How it works
  1. We will send you an email within 2 working days
  2. Wait for the email with the attached voucher
  3. Open the email and print the voucher
  4. Bring the voucher with you and present it at the following "exchange points" to get the purchased products

Activation

Your card will be activated as soon as you use it on public transport or for your first tourist activity. Remember to write your name and the first day of use on the back side- 

How to use it

Simply show your Lyon City Card at the ticket office of the museum to receive your free and , if foreseen, priority entrance ticket. Check the attached guide to have more details.

Validity

Once activated, it will be valid for the number of purchased days. For examble: if you bought a 3 days card and you use it for the first time on a thursday, it will expire at 23.59 on Saturday.

Attivazione.

La Card si attiva automaticamente al primo utilizzo. Ti devi solo ricordare, prima di usarla, di scrivere sul retro il tuo cognome e nome e la data in cui inizi ad utilizzarla.

Come si usa.

Basta esibirla per ottenere l'ingresso gratuito e, dove previsto, prioritario o per ottenere gli sconti e agevolazioni a te riservati. Consulta la guida allegata allla tua Card per tutti i dettagli sul suo utilizzo.

Validità.

Una volta attivata varrà per il numero di giorni consecutivi che hai acquistato. Ad esempio: se hai acquistato una card da 3 giorni, e la utilizzi, per la prima volta, un giovedi, ad un orario qualsiasi, la card scadrà alle 23.59 del sabato.
