How to use it
From the airport:
When you will arrive at destination, the drive will be waiting for you at the airport exit, with a sign with your name written down (or the name of the service company, you can find it on the voucher).
The flight arrival time will be constantly monitorated, so the transfer will be provided even if the flight is in late. If you're flight is in late, when you're at the border or baggage claim, please remember to notify you're arrival by calling the phone number that you can find on your confirmation voucher.
As soon as the driver gets in contact with you, he will drive you to your destination.
From the hotel:
It will be sufficient for you to be in time at the hotel hall or entrance. Please respect the pick up time written on the confirmation voucher. Don't let the driver waiting for you! It may involve an additional charge.
Validity
It is valid only for the day, the route, and the vehicle you've booked.
Cancellations and refunds
Up to 3 calendar days before departure: fixed administrative deduction per service € 9.20.
After this limit, the service is non-refundable.
Some providers of these services may apply different rules.
