Your pass is fully digital and valid for 60 days from your first visit to the attraction!

Activation

The Pass is already active and you don't have to do any exchange or activation.

How to use

Just show your pass printout, or show the screen of your smart phone, to get free admission. The GO City Chicago Explorer Pass allows you to visit any of the included attractions. There's no need to decide in advance, you can choose while you're out and about. See the guide enclosed with your GO City Chicago Explorer Pass for full details on how to use it.

Validity

Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free entries you have purchased.

Download

Cancellations and refunds

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
