Getting In: Present your pass at any of the reception counters located on Lower Ground Floor, At The Top entrance, opposite the Food Court, The Dubai Mall. You’ll receive a timed ticket for admission to the Burj Khalifa.
Please Note: If this is your first attraction visit, it will activate your pass; your pass must be valid the day you receive your ticket for the Burj Khalifa. Based on availability, you could receive a ticket for a later date, but your pass will be scanned and activated when you scan your pass at Will Call Ticket Collections.
There's no need to purchase individual tickets at any of the Dubai attractions included on your pass.
You will receive within 2 business days an email. Click on the link and download the Pass.
Now click on the link on the Pass that says “please update your order” and enter your email address.
All done! Now you can make any reservations.
The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrances.

The pass is already active, start using it when you want.
Simply show your printed pass or your smartphone's screen to have free admission. You can visit each included attraction once.
Once activated it will be valid for the number of consecutive days you purchased it. For example: if you purchased a 3-day pass, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday, at any time, the Pass will expire at 11:59 p.m. on Saturday.
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.
Also within one year of pass issuance, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of €9.20, fixed, not per person but per refund file, will be applied.
The condition for obtaining a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle to any refund.
