The pass is valid for the duration you choose: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 consecutive days - so it's the perfect option for a range of holidays, whether it's a short stay in the city or a longer break. The Dublin Pass also comes with a free guidebook, full of useful information, tips and details on where to use the pass and how to make the most of it.

2. Open the email, print the pdf or download it to your smartphone
3. Print or download the complete guide to your pass.

You are free to start using it whenever you want within one year from the date of issue. The London Pass is automatically activated the first time you use it!

Simply show it to obtain free admission or to obtain the discounts and concessions reserved for you. Consult the guide that you will receive with your Pass for full details on how to use it.

Once activated it will expire for the number of consecutive days you have purchased it. For example: if you purchased a 3-day Pass, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday at any time, the Pass will expire at 11.59 p.m. on Saturday.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Within 90 days of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
