Helsinki Card

Helsinki Card saves you time, money and “effort.” Just present your Helsinki Card and you will get: unlimited travel on public transportation, Free admission to more than 25 museums and places of interest, many discounts and concessions.

Helsinki Card Region offers the same benefits as the Helsinki Card plus you can get around Helsinki. Including Kauniainen, Vantaa and Espoo. Including connection to and from Vantaa Airport by train (Region version).

1. You will receive your voucher via email within 2 business days
2. Open the email and print the voucher
3. Present it at the “Exchange Points” listed here to get the services you purchased:

• Excess Baggage Airport Services, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport

Terminal 2, Arrivals Hall
Open Mon-Sun 06:00-22:00

• Department Store Stockmann Service Point

Aleksanterinkatu 52 (8th floor), Helsinki
Open according to the department strore's opening hours.

Summer season (1.5.-30.9.)
Kolera-allas, Helsinki Sightseeing, by the yellow Sightseeing flags
Open: May-Sep from the first boat sightseeing departure to the last departure.

• Stromma Panorama Sightseeing departure point at Senate Square, by Helsinki Cathedral 

Winter season (1.10.-30.4.)
Voucher exchange possible 15 minutes before the tour starts.
Departures daily at 11:00, Saturdays also at 13:30. No tours 24.12.2025.

The card is automatically activated the first time you use it. You just need to remember, before using it, to write your last name and first name and the date you start using it on the back.

Once activated it will be valid for the number of consecutive hours you have purchased. For example: if you purchased a 72-hour card, and you use it, for the first time, on a Thursday, at 12 noon, the card will expire at 11:59 a.m. on Sunday.

Refunds must be authorized by the local provider.
For refund requests contact orders@mycitycards.com indicating:

2. Date of sale
3. Order reference number
