Description

Discover extraordinary views from the viewing platform of The Shard, located at twice the height of any other platform in the city.

- The spectacular views of Greater London extend over an incredible 40-mile (64-km) radius, reaching a height of 310 meters (310 feet).

- The elevator moves at six meters per second, allowing you to go from level 1 to level 68 in about 60 seconds!

- The main viewing gallery on level 69 is simply breathtaking, three stories high and flooded with light during the day, providing the perfect place to admire London's twinkling lights at night.

While in the open air at this extraordinary height, you will be surrounded by the famous glass “shards” that make up the top of the Shard.

How does it work

  2. Wait for the email with the attached voucher
  3. Open the email and print the voucher
  4. Bring the voucher with you and show it at the following "exchange points" to get the purchased products

Important

Certain items are not permitted inside The Shard: large bags, suitcases, rucksacks and similar items larger than 55x38x20 cm. Folded pushchairs can be left free of charge in the designated area inside the booking hall. However, this is not possible for bags and coats.

Open food or drink containers are not permitted in visitor areas.

You may bring portable cameras and video cameras to take photos and videos for personal, non-commercial use only. Tripods for photo and video equipment are not permitted.

Children under the age of 3 are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket.

The ticket is already active, no action is required.

How to use

With your e-ticket, you can go directly to the entrance of The Shard and enjoy guaranteed access and minimal waiting times.

Validity

Only for the day and time indicated in the confirmation

1 April-31 October, every day 10:00-22:00 (last admission 20:30)

1 November-31 March, Sun-Wed from 10:00 to 19:00 (last admission at 17:30). Thu-Sat 10:00-22:00 (last admission at 20:30).

Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and 25 December.
