Go City London Explorer Pass

The Go City London Explorer Pass is a flexible multi-attraction pass that gives you access to your favourite attractions and tours around the city without any additional payment. Choose from 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 London attractions saving you time, money and stress. From historical monuments and the best tours of the city to entertainment attractions and more, create your own sightseeing itinerary by choosing from 20 of London's best attractions.

1. You will immediately receive an email, click on the link and download the Pass.
2. Now click on the link on the Pass “please update your order” and enter your email address.
3. Done! You will now be able to make any reservations.
4. The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrances.
5. Click on Get your digital Guidebook here and see all the attractions included. Reservations may be required for some of these.

The Pass is automatically activated when you first use it.

You are free to start using it whenever you want, within one year of purchase.

Just show your Pass printout, or show your smartphone screen, to get free admission. Go City London Explorer Pass allows you to visit each of the included attractions. There's no need to decide in advance-you can choose while you're out and about. See the guide attached to your Go City London Explorer Pass for full details on how to use it.

Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free admissions you have purchased.
However, the Pass will expire after you visit the last attraction allowed by the version you have purchased.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. 

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
