All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes in your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.
Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of €9.20, fixed, not per person but per refund file, will be applied.
The condition for obtaining a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to any refund
