Audioguide
Simply frame the QR-code with your smartphone. Done! Both the APP and your audio guide will be downloaded immediately. You can scan your QR-code as many times as you have purchased tickets. Each person, for whom you have purchased the relevant ticket+audio guide, will be able to frame and download their APP and audio guide.

How to use it

With your e-ticket you can go directly to the entrance of the Prado and enjoy guaranteed access and minimised waits.

Audioguide, remember to bring headphones or earphones (not included). Enjoy your visit by selecting the one that interests you from the menu. You have no time limit and you can listen and listen again whenever you want!

Validity

Only for the day and time indicated in the confirmation.

Hours:
Open daily (except Tuesdays) from 9am to 6pm. Wednesdays and Fridays until 9.45 p.m. Closing time 30 minutes before. Closed on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December.
