Philadelphia Explorer Pass

1. You will immediately receive an email, click on the link and download the Pass.
2. Now click on the link on the Pass ‘please update your order’ and enter your email address.
3. Done! You can now make any reservations.
4. The pass is completely digital. Simply print it out or download it to your mobile device and show it at the entrance.
5. Click on Get your digital Guidebook here and see all the attractions included. Reservations may be required for some of these.

You are free to start using it whenever you want within one year from the date of issue.
How does it work? GO City Philadelphia Explorer Pass is automatically activated the first time you use it!

Just show your pass printout, or show your smartphone screen, to get free entry. The GO City Philadelphia Explorer Pass allows you to visit any of the included attractions. There's no need to decide in advance, you can choose while you're out and about. See the guide enclosed with your GO City Philadelphia Explorer Pass for full details on how to use it.

Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free admissions you have purchased.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you do not have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
