Description

How it works

  1. You will receive your voucher via email within 2 business days
  2. Open the email and print or download the voucher to your smartphone
  3. You can activate your pass through the Prague Visitor Pass app or you can visit the following information centers to activate it and get the physical card:
  • Václav Havel Airport, Terminal 1, Aviatická, Praha 6, Ruzyně 161 08.
    Opening hours: daily 8:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • Václav Havel Airport, Terminal 2, Schengenská, Praha 6, Ruzyně 161 08.

  • Prague Castle – Prague Castle, Address: Hrad III. nádvoří, 119 00 Praha 1. The Tourist Information Centre is located in the 3rd courtyard of Prague Castle (left from the Czech Post Office and opposite the obelisk called the Mrákotínský monolith). Opening hours: daily 9:00 – 18:00

Activation

Your Prague Visitor Pass can be downloaded via the appropriate app (or physically picked up at the offices above) you decide when to activate it.

How to use it

Present your activated Pass at each experience and receive a ticket to the venue. Don't forget to keep your ticket! Each site can be visited only once. Students aged 15 to 25 years (inclusive) must show a valid student ID card.

On Mondays, many museums are closed. All buildings in the Jewish Quarter are closed on Saturday

Validity

The pass is activated from the activation time you have set. If you buy a 72hour Pass and set your activation time for Wednesday at 12:00, the Pass will expire at 11:59 AM on Saturday
