You are free to start using it whenever you want within one year from the date of issue. The GO City San Francisco Explorer Pass activates automatically the first time you use it!
Just show your Pass printout, or show your smartphone screen, to get free admission. The Go City San Francisco Explorer Pass allows you to visit as many attractions as you purchase. Just choose the ones you want to visit from the ones included with the Pass. There's no need to decide in advance, you can choose while you're out and about. Once activated it will be valid for one month and for the number of attractions you have purchased. For example: if you have purchased a 3 attraction pass, you are free to choose which attractions to use and when. Do one visit, then a tour and then another visit, even days apart. Or maybe all on the same day, it doesn't matter. You're down to 3 activities, the pass won't work beyond that.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
