Exchange your voucher at the above-mentioned points, and they will give you the card you have booked, which is already active.

These vouchers must be exchanged within 12 months from the date of purchase.

The Tokyo Metro Card will be valid for the number of consecutive hours you have purchased from the time you exchange your voucher for the definitive card.

These tickets cannot be cancelled, but you can use them at any time within the next 12 months.
