How it works
- You will receive your ticket via email within 2 business days
- Open the email and print or download the ticket to your smartphone

Activation
The Toronto CityPASS® is automatically activated the first time it is used.
How to use
CityPASS® can be started at any attraction and visited in any order. Present your PASS at each attraction.
Validity
Toronto CityPASS is valid for 9 consecutive days from the first day of use. You can visit the attractions in any order.
Downloads and useful links
Cancellations and refunds
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.
Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
