How it works
- You will receive your voucher via email within 2 business days
- Open the email and print the voucher
- Present it at the "Exchange Points" listed here to get the services you purchased:
- Show the voucher to the bus driver at any bus stop
Activation
Once the voucher has been exchanged by Big Bus staff, the ticket is ready for use
How to use it
Board the bus directly at any stop, and show your pass to the driver. Remember that you can get on and off as many times as you like at all stops on the route of the scheduled routes.
Validity
Dal momento del primo utilizzo varrà per il numero di ore di validità acquistate. Ad esempio se hai comprato un biglietto da 24h e cambi il voucher un giovedi, alle 10.30, il biglietto scadrà alle 10.29 del venerdi.
