1. You will receive your voucher by email within 2 working days.

2. Open the email and print the voucher.
3. Present it at the ‘Exchange Points’ listed here to obtain the services you have purchased:

• Staff at stop #1 M&Ms World, 7th Avenue & West 48th Street

• Directly on board the bus.

The ticket is already active, no action is required.

Show your printed or mobile ticket to a member of staff at stop #1 M&Ms World (7th Ave & W 48th St) or on board the bus.

The ticket is valid only for a complete tour on the same day you requested.

Any refunds must be authorised by the local supplier.
For refund requests, please contact orders@mycitycards.com indicating:

1. Name of the main passenger
2. Date of sale
3. Order reference number
4. The reason for the refund request - please provide as much information as possible.
