The Pass is already active and you don't have to do any exchange or activation.

Just show your Pass printout, or show your smart phone screen, to get free admission. GO City New York Explorer Pass allows you to visit any of the included attractions. Once the first use has been made, the Pass is valid for 30 days. For the number of free entries you have purchased.

All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.

Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.

The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
