Attivazione

Il Pass si attiva al primo utilizzo. Quando effettui la scansione del QR Code il tuo Pass si attiva automaticamente e registra l'attrazione o attività che stai per fare.

Come si usa

Presenta il tuo Pass con Qr Code direttamente all'attrazione/attivatà prescelta.
Attenzione alcune di queste potrebbero richiedere una prenotazione. Consulta la guida digitale allegata al tuo Pass.

Validità

Dal momento del primo utilizzo:
Il Pass sarà valido per il numero di attrazioni/attività acquistate. Avrai 60 giorni di tempo per utilizzare il Pass.

Cancellazioni e rimborsi

Tutti i pass sono validi un anno dal giorno dell'emissione. Variazioni delle date del tuo viaggio sono possibili e non devi fare nulla.

Entro 90 giorni dall'emissione dei pass, è possibile chiederne il rimborso senza penali. Verranno applicate solo le spese amministrative di € 9.20, fisse, non per persona ma per pratica di rimborso.

La condizione per ottenere il rimborso è che i pass non siano mai stati utilizzati. Un utilizzo parziale non da diritto a nessun rimborso.
