The Berlin Welcome Card zone ABC allows you free travel on buses, metro, trams and trains in zones A, B and C of Berlin-Brandenburg Verkehrs: the entire transport system of Berlin! Including Berlin Brandenburg airport. Including Potsdam and Sachsenhausen.
Exclusive reductions of up to 50% for around 200 tourist attractions and cultural highlights in Berlin and Potsdam!

The Berlin Welcome Card Museumsinsel version also offers free entry to the 5 famous museums on Museum Island! This version is only available for 72 hours.
With all variants of the Berlin WelcomeCard an unlimited number of children up to the age of 6 can travel free of charge on public transport.

With all ticket variants a maximum of 3 children between the ages of 6 and 14 can travel free of charge on public transport together with an adult.
Children aged 15 and over require an individual ticket.

How it works

  1. We will send you an email within 2 working days
  2. Open the email and print your e-ticket. Only printed tickets are accepted. NO smartphones
  3. Bring your e-ticket with you, this will be your ticket to travel and get discounts.

How to use it

Transports:
Simply show it upon request by control staff on means of transport. It does not need to be validated.

Museums, attractions and other partners:
remember to always show your Berlin Welcome Card to get the discounts and benefits reserved for you.

Validity

The 48- or 72-hour versions are valid for the number of consecutive hours you have purchased. When purchasing, you must indicate not only the date but also the time of activation. For example:
If you purchased a 72-hour card and when purchasing it you indicated 12.00 noon as the start time, the card will be valid from 12.00 noon on the first day, and will expire at 11.59 a.m. on the fourth day.

The 4-, 5- and 6-day versions are valid for 4, 5 or 6 consecutive days from the date you indicated.
