How to use

Drop off the vourcher at the main departure point in Praça Marquês de Pombal. You will receive a free circulation pass for the chosen line. Or get on at any stop (at this point you will have already made your choice of circuit) and show it to the driver who will give you the pass. We have found that not all drivers (especially in high season) can recognize the various vouchers right away, so we recommend that you start at the main departure point.

  • Belém line: Cross the main avenues and the city center to the monumental Belém district, where many of the monuments and museums related to Portugal's seafaring past are located, including the Jeronimo Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Tower of Belem. It is also the best place to try the famous "Pastéis de Belem," typical Lisbon pastries.

  • Oriente Line: Walk along the Tagus River to the Parque das Nações, which hosted Expo 98. Here, in the most modern part of the capital, you will find many attractions, such as the zoo, casino, oceanarium, El Corte Inglés and Vasco da Gama shopping malls, many gardens, and a long river walk. At the end of the day, pop into the cheerful neighborhoods of Chiado and/or Bairro Alto for a drink and a good time.

End this tour by admiring the contrast between the white sand dunes of Guincho beach and the slopes of the Serra de Sintra.
