Your Go City Miami Explorer Pass is already active and you do not need to make any exchanges or activations.
Just show your Pass printout, or show your smartphone screen, to get free entry. Go City Miami Explorer Pass allows you to visit each of the included attractions. There's no need to decide in advance, you can choose while you're out and about. See the guide that comes with your Pass for full details on how to use it.
Once you have used your Card for the first time, it is valid for the number of consecutive days you have purchased it. For example: if you have purchased a 3-day Card and you use it for the first time on a Thursday at any time, the Card will expire at 11.59pm on Saturday.
All passes are valid for one year from the day of issue. Changes to your travel dates are possible and you don't have to do anything.
Also within one year of the issue of the passes, you can request a refund without penalty. Only the administrative fee of € 9.20 will be charged, which is fixed, not per person but per refund file.
The condition for a refund is that the passes have never been used. Partial use does not entitle you to a refund.
