Miami Big Bus City Tours

Big Bus gives you the best views of Miami's famous sights. Our routes are carefully designed to take you to all of Miami’s famous landmarks. From South Beach and Ocean Drive to Downtown and Little Havana, Big Bus takes you to the best of Miami during your tour.

1. We will send you an email within 2 working days
2. Wait for the email with the voucher attached
3. Open the email and print the voucher
4. Take the voucher with you and present it at the "Exchange Points" indicated here to obtain the products purchased

Once the voucher has been exchanged by Big Bus personnel the ticket is ready for use

Board the bus directly at any stop, and show your pass to the driver. Remember that you can get on and off as many times as you like at all stops along the route.

The ticket is valid only for the day, or consecutive days, selected as the "date." From the beginning to the end of the service.

Any refunds must be authorised by the local supplier.

2. Date of sale
3. Order reference number
4. The reason for the refund request - please provide as much information as possible.
