1. We will send you an email within 2 working days.
2. Please wait for our mail, with the voucher as an attachment.
3. Open the email and print the voucher
4. Bring  the voucher with you and present it in the following  exchange points to get the purchased products:

  Mozartplatz, 5 - 5020 Salzburg 
  9.00-18.00. Closed on: 25/12 and 1/1.

• Tourist Info
  Central Station (Salzburg Hbf) Südtiroler Platz, 1 - 5020 Salzburg
  Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00. Sat and Public Holidays 10.00–18.00. Closed on 25/12 and 1/1.

When you use the pass for the first time, it will be automatically activated. You only have to remind to write down  your name and the first day of use  on the back of the pass before using it.

You can simply present it on arrival at each attraction to gain the free and, where foreseen, priority access, or to get you discounts and facilities.

The pass will be valid from the day you get it, for the consecutive hours you purchased.

Example: if you bought a 72 hours pass and you use it for the first time on a Thursday at 18.00, the pass will expire on Sunday at 17.59.
